I've also experienced this problem. When regrading a students assignment, the grade does not automatically update in the grade book. In order to resolve this, I did this:
- Go to the grade book and turn editing on.
- Then go to the specific student's grade and the specific assignment and select the "Edit" cog icon.
- Then select the "Overriden box" and click save changes.
- Repeat the process above and the grade will be updated.
This is quite a hack and I was wondering if anyone would be able to assist? Ideally, this should follow the same logic as the "Highest grade" for the quizzes.
