Moodle 2.6.2

We have a timed quiz.  We noticed the count down timer will change color as it get close to the time limit.  But were is that controlled?  We would like it to start changing color when 5 minutes remain.    It seems to only start changing color with 30 seconds left.

Actually, I think it changes colour in the last 15 seconds.

The code is in two parts:

I see, so by changing only CSS, you could get up to 99 seconds. You would need change the JS to get more than that.
