Actually there is no filesize limit. Many of the activities (PoodLL recording question type, PoodLL assignment submission) have the ability to set the maximum length of the recordings (ie in minutes and seconds). But this is not true of PoodLL Anywhere for the html editor. It could be added there too I suppose. Would that help?
Access to PoodLL Anywhere can be limited by assigning the atto/poodll:visible capability to editing teachers and above only. Or it can be done icon by icon:
(replace atto with tinymce if using the PoodLL Anywhere for Tinymce)
PoodLL data and bandwidth usage are sometimes a discussion point, but in my experience it has not been a problem.
