Course creation and LDAP

Moodle 1.5 on Windows2k server/IIS.  Authenticating against Netware NDS via LDAP.

Everything was working on our 1.4.3 system.  Teachers are in a separate group called "Faculty Members" in our NDS and we have moodle allowing members of that group to create courses.  Since the install of 1.5, they do not have the option to create new courses.  Can anyone help me with this?  Thanks.

Usual questions: if you enable "debug", are you getting any errors upon login? Do the Apache logs show any errors? Tried latest Moodle 1.5+?

No errors with debug on. Haven't checked the log files (it's actually IIS).
