The setting for subscribe to this forum is set to optional.
A user when Logged in as Admin was able to subscribe to the forum through the link provided under Forum Administration > Subscribe to this forum.
For some reason in the phase of our development the link is now not appearing under Forum Administration.
Can't really find a solution to why the link is not appearing.
