i'v an idea. imagine the webquest almost like a course(using tabbed design). format topics are Introduction(in course summary), Tasks, we may insert in this topic activities like: worshops, assignments, lessons and others simples evaluatives activities, Resources topic, well here we may insert web pages, text pages, links to file or web page and labels. in the Process topic well, labels.. and finally the final topic: if the user is a teacher, admin or course creator here the module displays a report with the students's conclusions and will evaluate then just like the workshop do but only wiht one element, and the final student's grade is the sum of the activitie's_grades+conclusion'sgrade. WQ'll displays an edit on/off button.
Now if the user is an student, in the conclusion topic will appear a html edit and a section to upload a file and a send button to post the student's conclusion.
In the left section will appear th configuration options, scales, activities grades, and others...
