Replace hard coded file limit with setting?

Currently there is a hard coded maximum limit of 20 files per submission in assignments.  I have proposed moving this to a setting that can be altered if needed.  It was requested that I post in this forum to gauge other people's thoughts on the matter.  If you think it is a good idea, please vote for the change.  Any comments and thoughts would also be appreciated.  Thank you for your time.

Was just about to post that I couldn't see a use case for submitting more than 20 files that a zip file submission wouldn't be more appropriate for - and then Mark came up and gave a real world example smile Thanks Mark, interesting idea and use case for the assignment module that I personally hadn't come across before, but gives some great ideas and potential!
