ISP blocks sendmail port 25

My ISP (worldnet.att.net DSL) blocks port 25 (default smtp) to fight spam.

www.no-ip.com offers an alternate port smtp option for a fee.

Anyone have any experience doing this sort of thing to get your Moodle site's e-mail out, and/or knowledge of how to configure sendmail (or postfix or qmail) to work with Moodle.

I've just started to run Moodle 1.5.1 on Fedora Core 3 on a box thru the DMZ of a linksys router with DHCP on. My ISP uses dynamic addressing and so I use the free IP addressing service of www.no-ip.com. All other problems seem to be fixed, except e-mail.
