Earlier today when i would try to log into my account and access the "topic outline" my computer would process forever and eventually "page not found". But now... 12 hours later it finds it. When i reviewed the logs, there was only like 1 person in there at the time. This "crashing has happened once before. However, it always takes a really long time to load the topic's page. Could you guys please take a look and give me your 2 cents.
pick Black Belt Certification....
I use yahoo as a web host and thought perhaps it was them, so im going to move to a different shared host (surpasshosting). Should I be considering a dedicated server? I only use moodle for the SCORM really. I have 4 courses, maybe about 50 students ( but again... they just log on to take the exams). The SCORMS are Captivate... and thats an entirely different posting of problems ;) Does anybody know what moodle is doing behind the scenes when it is loading the "topic outline" ... do i have to many files in moodledata or something like that?
I tried to upgrade to 1.5 & 1.5.1, but the speed is still the same. Any ideas that you have would be greatly appreciated.
