i have identified issues i can test but unable to assign to myself since cant trace the Assign to me' button.
also where can i access moodle 2.8 for testing?

It seems that 'Assign to me' is no longer a button; it's a link on the right on the issue page, as shown in the attached screenshot. (It's not possible to assign yourself issues from the page MDLQA-7170.)

Eric, please double-check that you are logged into the tracker with your account which has the same email address as in your moodle.org profile.
It was a right pain moodle itself did this. We thought the Login As button had disappeared!
