We are using Moodle 2.4 and have integrated in Respond-us Lockdown Browser. We Have used respond-us for the entire summer term and the the fall semester. Now our instructors are getting an error when they try and configure a test  to use respond-us. They are redirected to a webpage that will look like the below picture. Any Thoughts?

I myself is currently experiencing the same error. I am on version Moodle 2.5.2 (Build: 20130909)
