I had thought of this however the main problem we have is that students are enrolled in our course all throughout the year instead of say at the beginning of each year and they have over a year to complete the degree so was hoping that there would be an easier way to removed the student and keep their results once they have completed the course.
I will keep looking and thank you for your reply i will definitely discuss this option with management.
