Exclude suspended/deactivated users

Exclude suspended/deactivated users

I noticed that even though I suspend user profiles, they still appear in the group they are part of and thus appears on the completion reports generated.

Is there a way to exclude suspended profiles without having to (manually) remove them from the groups?

In the filter tab on top choose user profile or data (don't remember which) then choose suspended = 0. If it is an SQL report the go to custome SQL tab and add "WHERE u.suspended=0".  I think that should work.
