There are probably a few different options you could consider from local varnish caching to hosting your video content on a CDN like Amazon S3+ cloudfront - there is usually a cost involved and the different options usually need a good amount of technical support - if this is something you would like help with (shameless plug) We do a lot of this stuff for clients at Catalyst, drop me an e-mail and I can pass your details onto our team.
