We use a number of the OU tools (Blog, wiki, forum), and have been looking at OU Search too.
It appears that OU Search is no longer supported, and it's not possible to report faults on Github any more for this plugin. It does kind of work on Moodle 2.6.2+, but there are a number of issues:
1. It doesn't search content in OU plugins previous to the search plugin being installed.
2. It muck's up the page formatting of OU Blog, and OU Wiki when returning search results.
We could spend time trying to fix these issues ourselves, but if the plugin is in the process of 'dying' it hardly sees worth putting the effort in to fix this iteration, to potentially have to keep fixing every time we upgrade.
What are other people using to search within OU tools? We have other search tools installed, but they won't search within OU tools.
If any OU people frequent these discussions.... Presumably, the reason for developing the plugin in the first place has not gone away, what do you guys do / use to search within OU Blog / Wiki?
