Essential theme - buttons floating on some views

In our moodle 2.7.2 (Build: 20140908) we have installed the otherwise excellent Essential theme (version 2.7.7 (Build: 2014090303)

But we are experiencing some issues with buttons floating on top of other elements. Eg in the course setting as per screenshot.

The only setting done in the costum css is this line

#page-header a.logo { width:167px} to adjust the size to match our logo file.

Have I done anything wrong or is this a bug in Essential

This is intentional to have the buttons float at the bottom to help solve the scroll of death on a large form and you change something at the top.

Thanks a lot for your quick answer.

I understand the argument to avoid the scroll of death, but in this case the styling needs to be fixed a bit. The styling of the buttons are not aligned horizontally with the gray outer box. If this is fixed, it will seem less like a bug.

Also in mobile viewport mode, the bottons comes behind some of menus as per new screen shot

Finally the styling is inconsistent with "Create activity" form where the buttons are not floating (and the form are even longer the the Course settings menu) .

I think that consistency in a user interface is generally preferable.
