Hello :

I recently upgraded to Moodle 2.7.2 from 2.6. When students complete a feedback assignment, it may or may not save their answers, and when it does not save, I get the following errors in my Apache error.log:

[Mon Sep 22 12:34:05.832981 2014] [:error] [pid 5712] [client x.x.x.x] Default exception handler: A required parameter (id) was missing Debug: \nError code: missingparam\n* line 463 of /lib/setuplib.php: moodle_exception thrown\n* line 545 of /lib/moodlelib.php: call to print_error()\n* line 31 of /mod/feedback/complete.php: call to required_param()\n

[Mon Sep 22 12:36:19.467918 2014] [core:notice] [pid 2184] AH00051: child pid 5712 exit signal Segmentation fault (11), possible coredump in /etc/apache2

Does anyone have a suggestion to fix this? Thank you!

Rob, did you ever find the answer to this question, it is happening on my server as well with my Student Survey.
