I am using moodle 2.6.4 + and have entered the email settings in the Plugins -> Message outputs -> Email as defined in my hosting plan email settings for smtp, port number (587 and TLS), username (full email) and password
I still get an error to send emails to users when they sign up,
Will you please help setting this up, I think there are other settings that should be set,
