Make block position in the center for all users

Hello,

As a admin I went to My default Home page and created a block and I had move it to the center of the page, above my Course Overview. (refer : screenshot1.png)

But when I login as a student as see. The block is appearing but it is appearing on the left bottom (refer : screenshot2.png)

But my requirement is that the block must appear on the center for all the users, at the same place as it appears for the admin.

Can anyone please assist me in doing this. This is quite urgent for me. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your reply.

I configured it and moved to the center of the page. But only as a admin I am able to see it in the center of my page.

For all others its appearing, but its only in the left.  sad

I went into the database and told the block to appear in content.

Look for the database table that ends in block_instances, and find the block you want to move.  Change the information in the field defaultregion to content.

I tested it with a few accounts and it works fine.

Thanks for the reply.  It works fine. Its really cool.

One more option I need to know. Is there a way that  manager can create a block and it appears to everyone in the website?

In the Original block location option it is System by default for a admin. But when I create a block with a manager account there I am not seeing any option like System.  

Is there a way to achieve this?
