Importing ExamView tests and questions banks into Moodle

I am using Moodle 2.6.3

Please help me learn how to import ExamView tests, along with their images/illustrations/pictures, and ExamView Question banks into Moodle.

I have watched the YouTube videos, read the PDF's online - but I cannot make it happen.

My version of ExamView is 8.0, April 2012 - it happens to be Holes' Human Anatomy & Physiology.
