We are planning to use Moodle in our company for internal training, on-line courses, assessment, certification, dash boards, tracking progress against targets.
The on-line courses will have videos, webinars, presentations, practice assessments etc.
Forums, blogs, chats and messages will be the mode of communication.
We are a transnational company and the users are working across the globe and the learning system will be predominantly web based.
