A very odd thing just happened. I have a course that is full of videos mainly and whose .mbz backup size is over half a gigabyte. Everything was fine until a few dayas ago, but now when I try and upload any sort of file in the file picker I just get a little round wheel showing the system is thinking BEFORE I can get to the Add files icon. I tried uploading a file to another course and the same thing happens. My max file upload size is set to 128MBytes and up till now I've been able to add with no problem. I also have 40 GBytes of disk space on my virtual server so that should not be a problem either. Unless there is some sort max folder size set. (The OS is Ubuntu 14.04 LTS and it has been running just fine up till now.) Attached are two screen captures showing low memory in one. But after a second reboot I now have no problem with low memory, but yet I still can't get the icon to upload a File as resource. Any ideas why this might be happening? And why it didn't happen before despite their being many many videos already successfully uploaded into the course. Unless there is a maximum total video upload size set in Moodle itself.....?
