Automatic Unenroll LDAP students who have graduated...

Hello all,

I am not sure where to place this question so please direct me to the proper forum if this is not it.

Our graduated seniors do not seem to auto-unenroll at the start of the following year. All students are set to auto-create the class VIA LDAP and that works without a problem. However, class reset does not remove them and because they are auto-enrolled, teachers can't remove them from the class.

LDAP plug-in notes that students/teachers are sync'd with the LDAP on login. And in the super majority of students/teachers, this is true. THey are added or removed from classes when they are added/removed from the corresponding Active Directory OU's when they log in to Moodle.

However, if the student NEVER logs on again, then the LDAP Sync never triggers for that student and they are never moved from the class.

Is there a way to trigger this LDAP sync at least once a year to remove accounts and/or students from classes?

Any hints are appreciated... smile
