I'm going to update my 1.4.4+ to 1.5, but i'm also going back to IIS instead of running on Apache2. it's been awhile since i last moved it but don't i still have to create a moodle database or can i just copy my existing one over? When i install mysql will it see it or do i need to create a new one. If i just copy it over, what about the permissions on the old database?
