Hi. I am fairly new to this however I have had a good search of why we sometimes do not get email notifications from uploaded assignments. Has anyone else had this problem? I have gone into plugins, settings profile settings and all is ticked and correct for me to receive them but some do not come through.
Would appreciate if somebody has a fix?

For us , cron is setup and we do get forum notifications by emails. Its just assignments notifications we dont tend to receive by email. Would you have any other clues ?

Hi Sakshi. Thanks, our IT checked the Cron and it appears to be set up correctly. This problem seems to have occurred when our Moodle expert uupgraded before they left our employ. ANy other suggestions?
