Secondly, as for your question: For my research, either Questionnaire or Quiz will work fine. In my classes, I use Questionnaire for... questionnaires, because it blows the default plugin out of the water. I use quizzes in my classes for graded quizzes.
However, for my research, the only thing I actually need is the ability to download the responses. In the present study, they will be presented with a question, then they will watch a video, then they will be presented with the question and multiple choice options. As long as something can present that info and let the respondent pick answers, I'm good to go.
I have typically used Questionnaire for research like this; however, I could also use Quiz.
Actually, a lot of people use Questionnaire for assessment research; it's versatile and straightforward and easy to get your data out when you're ready.
I'm pretty sure I'm the only one using Questionnaire on this server... I bet I could get away with "breaking" it while I'm doing this study...
