We have recently upgraded from 2.5 to 2.7. This was done by creating a new version of Moodle and then backing up the existing modules and restoring them on the new server. We are finding that internal links have appeared between text in some labels and some files and folders. What could be causing this?
Screen shot? Can't imagine what you've described.
