About this plugin
This is a availability condition plugin to make Moodle in multiple languages easier. Instead of using the multilanguage filter, it is possible to provide for each language a different resource or activity.
Why this plugin
With a language filter one can do great things. But this filter is not easy to implement and sometimes a resource has to show localised multimedia. So this plugin allows french users to see french subtitles, dutch users see dutch video and english users download english attachments.
