Just trying the mobile app for the first time tonight. I've gone through the Mobile Moodle FAQ and the Mobile App documentation. I set the two "Enable web services" checkboxes, assigned the webservices:createtoken permission to Authenticated Users. Still getting the error:
Error: Cannot connect: Verify you have typed the correct URL and that you are using Moodle 2.4 or later.
We're running Moodle 2.7 using Bitnami's package running on an Amazon EC2 instance. I have both ports 80 and 443 open and can connect fine from a browser.
What else might be wrong?
