Hi,
we recently upgraded to 1.5 and things are (mostly)
working, however quizzes with multiple choice answers don't display
properly on review and re-attempt.
Quizzes were set up as
multiple attempt, building on previous attempt. When students
re-attempt the quiz, the answers do not populate correctly. See
screenshot below:
There should be four multiple choice items for each.
I'm stumped! Any suggestions?
I am continuing to dig on this, and the featured error appears on attempt 3, and subsequent.
If the teacher deletes all the previous attempts, the quiz can be attempted again.
If the teacher deletes all the previous attempts, the quiz can be attempted again.
We had the option for 'Each attempt builds on the last' set to 'Yes'. By switching this to 'No' the problem disappears.
Does this help anyone identify where the problem lies...
Please!

Has anyone resolved this issue? Perhaps solved in 1.5.1? or 1.5.2?
Any advice would be appreciated as I am having same problem 2 weeks prior to exam after telling students to study up using quizzes
Cheers,
Jason

I found the bug report:
http://moodle.org/bugs/bug.php?op=show&bugid=3505&pos=0
.....and it seems the problem is fixed in 1.5.1 and beyond - not yet tried but upgrading now.
For those who are interested, I found it very helpful to be able to check the list of bug reports at http://moodle.org/bugs/index.php. Can be searched by various fields and helpful to see what has been fixed in cvs and new versions.
