Configurable reports block (plugin)

Hello experts.

I´ve been researching for the last week, and can´t find the solution for this. I need a printable student registering report. I know we can´t be the only ones needing this kind of stuff. 

I'm from the moodle admin group at my school. But I´m a begginer. I don´t  know anything about computer programming. I just configure settings within moodle. 

So! This is what we need. 

A student comes in to pay and register for several courses. After paying, we have to printout a registration confirmation report, containing: 

1. The student's info, 
2. The registered courses, and
3. The courses' info (schedules, location, code, etc)
   
4. A couple of fields bellow for signatures: the student's and the customer service rep's
5. A comments field
6. The schools logo and contact information

How do we set up this report?
