Hello,
I am running the second most-recent version of Moodle 2.7 on an IIS server running php 5.5. The fileinfo extension is enabled, as required for the CC backup.
When I run a regular backup it completes as normal, but the Common Cartridge backup stops. The common cartridge backup process makes it to stage 4 and a progress bar quickly slides across until it reaches 96.86% in my test course and never makes it to step 5. (screenshot attached)
It isn't an overly large course and the normal moodle backup file is only 25MB or so.
I have turned on display debugging and nothing appears at the bottom of the page, nor are there error logs written to the php and IIS error logs on the server.
Any ideas about a possible resolution or troubleshooting path?
