Hi Clayton, great to have you back! - can you upload a copy of your full AICC package here so we can see the raw files? Also what version of Moodle are you using?
The identifier fields come from the course_id field in the crs file and the system_id field in the des file. It "should" cope ok with spaces before and after the "=" because the code performs "trim" on the parameters before using them but it would probably be a good idea to remove the spaces around the = in the crs file anyway.
