HTML editor toolbars missing in Linux server

Hai !

 I'm Using

Moodle Version : 1.4.4+ 

OS: Linux

Browser : Mozilla 1.2.1

Issue :   The HTMLEditor toolbar is missing in my page . The browser console throws the following error :

Error : HTMLArea is not defined

Source file : http://<>/moodle/mod/lesson/lesson.php?id=46&action=editpage&pageid=29 line 143 . My work is blocked at this state .

What can be the cause for this issue ? Please help at the earliest !!

Mozilla support starts from 1.3 and above, so you'll need to upgrade your browser.

would this error be a reason for my ASPELL not working ?
