Restrict Access Feature not coming

hi all, i am using moodle 2.7 and while creating a quiz not getting the conditional Access tab. I have enable the conditional acsess setting from advance settings feature through site administration. attached is the screen while creating the quiz.

Do you aslo need to enable it in the Course settings?
