Skim reading through the various articles and summaries, I see a lot of Silicon Valley/Venture Capital buzzwords and not much about current learning and teaching theory and practice. Why did they decide that ALL further education MUST have 10% rising to 50% of their courses online? What's the reasoning behind 50%? How will this contribute to learning outcomes and the quality of education?
