Hello Mark or anybody else, who reads this!
I got the same problem and I had had the portion that asks for the SMTP server blank as well. Now I changed it to web.de where I have an email account, but I don't know if this is what I was supposed to do. Could somebody help me figure out the error? Btw, what is an "SMTP server"?
