Backup and restore

Hi all
I am on 2.6 and doing backup/restores of courses. Occasionally I will get a course created named "Course Restoration in Progress". The course is empty. I have not been getting any failed restores in conjunction with these courses. I have debugging enabled and have not been getting any messages there either. I saw this tracker item that was marked as resolved, which is similar to what I am experiencing: https://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-27790

Any thoughts on what might be causing this? Seems like I can go ahead and delete these extraneous courses, but wanted to make sure it wasn't a sign of a larger issue.
