Moodle documentation: installation on shared hosting database name problem

I am trying to install Moodle on a shared server.

I can create a MySQL Database but cannot change its name from the automatically created names "for security reasons".

Does the  Database name have to be 'Moodle' in order to install successfully?

I just changed the install.php file to reflect the name of the database and it seems to be fine.
