sounds interesting. Can I be honest here. There is this thing called survey apathy...and to be honest, I know that feeling myself...might it be an idea to design some questions to seek data in a forum? Just a wee thought. I cannot fill in the form as I am research-led at the mo with a bit of geeky computer stuff in the mix...so don't have a teaching load...but have experience and views-and I think others here are of a similar ilk....e.g. it seems a missed oppt to discount the devs too eh.
Just some thoughts.

It assumes you are a certain type of Moodle user (which I am not it seems). I'd be happy to do your questionnaire but a lot of the questions need a "not applicable" for me to answer them.
(or just say it's only for course designers)
