Our current focus is on the Pioneer theme also found here. We put a lot of customization and new features into that layout for our teachers and have moved away from Evolve-D because the design change was so significant.
Evolve-D is based off the More theme from Moodle 2.7.
I am holding off to see what changes are made with Moodle 3.2 before investing more time in this theme. I'd like to see the new default moodle theme and maybe incorporate the changes into Evolve-D. The main benefits of the Evolve-D are the custom dashboard and login screen. Hopefully with 3.2 I can build upon the new theme and enhance evolve-D.
