I would like to know if there is a way of getting the information stored in the topic / topic heading, into a quiz description via php/etc.
See the attached image as an example.
Or even better, to precede the activity name if the Section/Topic name was to also be displayed.
Is this possible?
The above image I manually had to type in that, but is it possible to automatically have that content show (and then whatever you type in the description area for the Activity to show up below it?
As Danny mentioned here: https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=263376#p1147568 - this is not a theme issue.
Nor for that matter is it a 'Courses and course formats' issue: https://moodle.org/mod/forum/view.php?id=47 - but it is a 'Quiz' issue: https://moodle.org/mod/forum/view.php?id=737 because the quiz needs to get the section name for the section it belongs and I think it may know it.
