I am running moodle 2.7. I have created three forums for the front page (news/events, teacher forum, student forum).
Anyone logged in can add a topic to the news/events forum. Only Admin can add topics to the teacher and student forums) I keep seeing this message 'You do not have permission to add a new discussion topic for all participants.' when I log in as my test user.
I have no groups, coherts or other in this Moodle. I have not selected anything that limits abilities for authenticated user or authenticated front page user.
Do you have any ideas of how I can give all users permission to add topics to all forums on the front page?
