Moodle 2.6 using essential theme resources ->file . file uploading not showing the file picker. I was checked purge cache, java script and ajax options. but issue is not solved. please help me to resolve this problem.

I am having the same problem, when I run the JS Console on Chrome this is the message I get:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'all' of null
moodle.wcsmtraining.com/theme/yui_combo.php?3.13.0/datatype-xml-parse/datat...n.js&m/-1/core/dragdrop/dragdrop-min.js&m/-1/core/blocks/blocks-min.js:626
Grateful for any guidance, not a programmer just an administrator.
