My weekly automated backup status e-mail shows three courses with a Warning state. I have checked the Backup Report page and it shows "Skipped" status for all 122 of the courses. How can I determine which courses are the ones showing up as Warning on my weekly e-mail?

Version of Moodle? Hosted on?
Site Admin -> Reports -> Backups
But not sure you'll see much detail there.
Might have to explore moodledata/temp/backup directory and look for any .log files by contenthashed names (bunch of letters/numbers) over 0 bytes in size. They are text and can be opened with any text editor - not to edit but to view contents. Can't tell you what you'll find there, but there might be some clues for usage in troubleshooting (if required).
