When using a multiple choice question in a lesson I have a collapse arrow and a horizontal bar that allows my students to collapse the question content. How can I prevent this behaviour?

I reported this "bug" more than a year ago as issue MDL-39262 "What's the point of the collapse/expand feature in Lesson?" (for Moodle 2.5) but no corrective action has been taken yet.
Obviously this small bug is not inconveniencing many users.
