The icons should be available by default. There is a set of capabilities for showing them , that are applied to students by default. Check that the student role has the following capabities:

atto/poodll:visible

atto/poodll:allowaudiomp3

atto/poodll:allowvideo

atto/poodll:allowaudiored5

atto/poodll:allowwhiteboard

atto/poodll:allowsnapshot

A similar set of capabilities is also used for the tinymce version of PoodLL Anywhere

The PoodLL repository is installed like the other plugins. But after installation you need to create "instances" of the PoodLL repository. 1 for each recorder type that you wish to use.

Do this at (from memory) site administration -> plugins -> repositories -> poodll

1-I checked capabilities, atto and tinymce are allowed and visible. Still cannot get them for other than administrators.

2- I tried upload repository poodll directory to root/repository, and root/moodledata/repository and root/lib/plugins/repository still poodll does not appear in managing repositories

3-if it is useful I can send you administrators credentials or any other printscreen or detail

For installing PoodLL plugins in general, check this page

http://poodll.com/documentation/1.0/2/installing-poodll/

This page contains instructions for how to do a manual install of the PoodLL repository, as well as a setup guide for the repository instances

http://poodll.com/documentation/1.0/27/poodll-repository/

The two screenshots I posted show how to get to the defined roles page for students, and then what the capabilities *should* look like. (NB The language strings are messed up so the titles look funny. My bad). If it already looks like this, then you have a different problem. If it doesn't look like this, clicking the "edit" button at the top of the page will allow you add capabilities.

If you have a different problem check that you have followed the steps in this doc:
