I believe this is the case, but just checking, because if i'm wrong it will save me a lot of time! I'm going to use the 'upload courses' feature to roll-over all our courses ready for the next academic year. Even though the upload courses functionality can take many of the settings from the site's course backup default settings, it doesn't appear to allow you to bring across enrolled users. I'm specifying a 'templatecourse' in the 'upload course' CSV and additionally I want it to bring over all the Teachers (editing) that were enrolled in that template course. Even if there was a way to bring over ALL users (Teachers and Students) then allow me to reset the course to remove the students in a 2 step process this would be ok. I know I could generate the courses, then separately add Teachers using the 'upload users' CSV method but this would rely on me gathering a list of staff for each course which will take time and I need it to just be 'whoever was on last year'.
