We noticed that on Moodle 2.6.3 (upgrade done with latest code from July 2, 2014) the Front Page logs are much larger than ever before. Closer investigation shows that when the nightly LDAP sync (cli) runs, it logs every user update in the Front Page logs with an IP address of 0.0.0.0. We tested this on 2 different servers and noticed the same issue.
Is this a bug of this version of Moodle or a new design feature? We are concerned that the already huge log table is going to get significantly bigger due to all these additional entries. Our front page logs went from averaging 100 pages per day to 400.
Any thoughts?
