A tale of two Moodles

Ok, this is not a question ABOUT developing but for FOR developpers.

I have the following HTML  line in an html page uploaded in a course as part of a "file" ressource (with a few sub-folders).

<a href="MODU_LANSAD/cours/systeme_verbal/index.html" target="_blank">le systeme verbal anglais</a>

When displayed by Moodle, I hover the link, it reads (and leads to):

https://moodle2-test.xyz.somewhere/pluginfile.php/1069/mod_resource/content/2/MODU_LANSAD/cours/systeme_verbal/index.html

(The  "MODU_LANSAD/cours/systeme/" folders were uploded and unzipped at the same time as the main file.)

So far so good!

End of part one

Now, I did the same (exact same) thing in another Moodle (latest 2.6 build, same as the other Moodle)

When I hover the (same) link it reads (and leads nowhere _404):

https://moodle1-test.xyz.somewhere/MODU_LANSAD/cours/systeme_verbal/index.html

Obvisously Moodle "forgets" to insert this (or what should correspond to it) part:

pluginfile.php/1069/mod_resource/content/2

End of part two

I only wish I knew what is missing from the unrully Moodle!!

If anyone can help...many thanks in advance!
